This project adopts a robust and pragmatic approach in delivering a high-quality contemporary solution . It further animates one of Birmingham’s primary public roads and provides a commercial and residential building respecting context and client aspirations. Behind the brick facade, our design creates a premium, flexible Pharmacy and retail area on the ground floor. On the first and second floors are residential spaces showcasing a design which prioritises occupants’ wellbeing. Ground-level entrances are upgraded to meet modern accessibility standards as well as improve the building’s relationship to the surrounding streetscape.
